2008 EMS Award

The Alaska Council on EMS is seeking nominations for the 2008 Governor’s Annual EMS Awards.  The deadline for submissions is Tuesday, September 2, 2008.    There are two nomination forms:  an Outstanding Ambulance Award form and a form for all other Awards, including Special Commendations.  Modifiable PDF forms are available on the State EMS Office website at
