Paramedic Refresher
March 12 - 16, 2012 EMT 2 and EMT 3 level providers are welcome to attend any or all of the Paramedic Refresher for CME credits for a nominal, 1 time fee Paramedic fee $350 EMTs attending will be required to pay up front and sign in for the sessions they attend.

Instructors Steve Halvorson, MD, WALS, and Julie Anderson, MICP, RN,
CEN, will be teaching a Wilderness Medical Associates Wilderness
Advanced Life Support class (WALS) Course tuition (including texts and certification) is $495 for EMT-II, III, Paramedics, and RNs; $600 for Mid-level providers (NP, PA), and $725 for Physicians. Varying costs reflect CME credentialing fees. This not-for-profit course, hosted by Haines Volunteer Fire Department, is being offered at this reduced rate to support the challenges of rural Alaska providers. Continental breakfasts and some lunches are provided. Lodging is not included. This engaging and fast-paced
course will be held both indoors and out, and provide up to 36 hours
of CE/ CME. This course welcomes any current ALS provider, including
internationally licensed professionals, and is registered as a
